Training in familiar settings like your local park or backyard, athletes become more receptive to coaching. As they enhance their basketball fundamentals, they also develop focus, discipline, and a strong work ethic—boosting their self-esteem and confidence from a young age.

The program is ideal for ages 8 and up, with a focus on solid basketball fundamentals. All training is personalized to foster individual development.

Equipment Needed: Appropriate apparel, a basketball, and a water bottle

Upon completing training sessions, Coach Mendo provides a personalized workout regimen—homework designed to keep athletes motivated and allow them to continuously apply learned techniques. We encourage parents to support their athlete’s growth by fostering accountability to their workout plans.
