MENTAL TOUGHNESS & PRESSURE PERFORMANCE TRAINING
An unshakeable clutch mentality is just as important as a good jump shot. The absence of confidence and mental toughness are barriers to being your best. Take advantage of Quick Handle’s™ cutting-edge training that coaxes and fortifies supreme confidence and extraordinary concentration while still enjoying the game. Our methodology includes dynamic visualizing techniques and exercises with the goal of embracing challenges and handling pressure with the perfect mix of poise and sharp execution.
The training is not a one-size-fits-all but is tailored to players’ specific goals. We also know that encouraging mental toughness and handling stress is not just a skill needed on the court. Equally important is handling what happens off the court. Read more about

FUNDAMENTALLY SOUND RECREATION TRAINING
Quick Handle believes that implementing its Fundamentally Sound program for first- through eighth-graders will provide either one or both of two criteria.
- Give a player a unique head start in cutting-edge training
- Help a player who is behind a little bit in terms of skill development catch up and position their game to compete at the next level (Select or AAU level)
Testimonial
Master of impressing skills upon aspiring players ...
Mendo is a wone of a kind. Perhaps one of the best all around trainers my girls have experienced. Ball skills, shooting, reading screens, implementation of ball skills into scoring all the way to teaching correct mentality for success.
