Do I need to provide any equipment?
Appropriate apparel, a basketball and water bottle is all that is required.
Is this program available in my area?
Upon completion of a training session/s, Coach Mendo will provide an individualized workout program for your athlete. The customized workout program homework will challenge and encourage your athlete to continue to apply and complete the tailored and designed workouts.
We encourage the parents to positively keep their son or daughter accountable to the workout homework
